Cheryl Findlay – for the first time in a long time I have a level of trust in politicians and this party will deliver.

Jan 21, 2022

I believe party politics is the way forward for Jersey so politicians are truly accountable and own their decision making.

There is access to politicians and they are promoting the interests and voice of their voters.

Historically single politicians have their own agenda and rarely commit to any significant decision making leading up to re-election any progressive momentum is paused again until the next person id elected. Party politics manifestos and policies continue despite who is the Lead, Chair etc, with its common beliefs from a collective of likeminded people.

I am supporting the Progress party because it says what it is does on the tin, PROGRESS!

The Party has committed to take action not reaction, no more repetitive reviews from expensive commissioned reports from so called experts. The island knows what it needs doing and we just need to get on with it and that what’s the party is striving towards.

The Party has politicians with many years of experience but new younger islanders who want to make change and feel passionate about their island.

Their policies are robust and for the first time in a long time I have a level of trust in politicians and this Party will deliver.
